Can I change my website’s pages after publishing?

Yes! You can create and edit as many DIY web pages and templates as you wish (seriously, they're unlimited) using the Components and Objects included in your plan, giving you the flexibility to update and refine your website as needed.

Can I edit my own content?

Yes! Morello gives you full control to edit and update your content whenever you like using any number and combination of the Objects and Components included in your plan. And best of all, it's 100% code-free!

Do all plans include hosting?

Yes! All Morello plans include hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, and uptime monitoring. Feature and security updates are also included for the lifetime of your Morello Plan Subscription.

Can I preview changes before they appear on the live site?

Yes! Morello provides multiple preview options. You can preview an entire page or individual Components and Objects before publishing changes. Additionally, you can also set pages and app items to be published at a later date. To learn more, visit Resources.

What apps are available?

Morello offers a range of powerful, modular apps to enhance your website, including a multi-category-tagged blog, a portfolio, an events app, and a product catalogue. The modular design and development of our apps allow for a huge number of configuration and customisation options. All apps integrate seamlessly, giving you the flexibility to create and manage content with ease.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes! You can easily use your existing domain name (or multiple domains, if required) with Morello. Once your site is ready to launch, our team will guide you through the process of getting your domain(s) connected.

Can I transfer my website from another platform?

In most cases, we can help transfer your website over to Morello. The process depends on a few factors, so please get in touch with our team at hello@morellocms.com and we’ll be happy to explore the best solution for you.

Where can I find my Enterprise ID?

Your Enterprise ID can be found on all invoices related to your plan. If you're unable to locate your Enterprise ID, please contact billing@morellocms.com.

How do I submit a support ticket?

To submit a support ticket, simply email support@morellocms.com (please include your domain name so we know which project your ticket relates to). A support ticket will then be automatically created and routed to the correct team. Yes, it really is that simple—because we're such clever clogs, of course.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer ticketed email support for all customers, and all support queries are handled by our experienced (and super-friendly) UK-based team. Telephone support is also available exclusively for Enterprise and Enterprise+ customers.

What Components are included in my plan?

The Components included in your plan are carefully curated and personalised based on your specific project needs (meaning no two Morello websites are ever the same). Components form the main building blocks of your website, and include things like Heroes, Galleries, Fluid Content, Testimonials, and more. To learn more, see Features.

Technical

Is my website secure on your platform?

Morello offers enterprise-grade hosting and security, backed by Django’s robust, fortified defences. All plans also include an SSL certificate for peace of mind, ensuring your website and data remain secure.

Is my website optimised for mobile devices?

Yes! All Morello websites are fully responsive and tested across multiple device types (including touch-enabled devices) to ensure a seamless experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

What happens if I spot a bug?

If you feel something isn't quite looking or working as expected, you can report it by emailing support@morellocms.com. When doing so, please provide as much information as possible, including your device type and browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firebox), and our team will investigate.

Can I integrate third-party apps or plugins?

A Morello website gives you full access to the base template's head to include code snippets from trusted sources. Code snippets can be added to the head open tag (e.g., Google Analytics), head close tag (e.g., Meta Pixel), and body close tag (e.g., Pingdom). There's also a snippets section for including custom fonts (e.g., Google Fonts), and an iFrame Object (available within the Fluid Content Component) for displaying external content.

Billing

How am I billed?

All Morello plans are billed in two instalments, with a 50% deposit billed in advance and the remaining 50% billed upon Plan completion. Content Kits and Theme+ packages are billed in full, in advance. Plan subscriptions are billed monthly on the 1st of each month, with an option to set up autopay (via Stripe) for convenience.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting support@morelloapps.com. Our team will then be in touch to guide you through the process, pick and personalise any additional Components or Apps, and ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

What payment methods do you accept?

Plan subscription payments can be made via bank transfer or via Stripe, which accepts all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments for Plans, Content Kits, and Theme+ packages are payable via bank transfer, as detailed on your invoice.

Do you offer refunds or free trials?

We do not currently offer refunds or free trials, however our team will be happy to showcase examples of websites built with Morello. This very website was created using Morello too, demonstrating just a few of the huge range of tools and features available to you as a customer. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@morellocms.com. Our team will then process your request and confirm the cancellation.
